Alejandro Rey Suañez centra su práctica especialmente en dos ramas del Derecho.
De un lado en el Derecho mercantil, concretamente en Derecho societario, llevanza del
secretariado societario y todas aquellas vicisitudes que afecten a los conflictos mercantiles.
De otro lado, en el Derecho Concursal, desde el punto de vista de la Administración Concursal,
como letrado del deudor concursado y representando a acreedores nacionales e
internacionales en cualquiera de las fases del procedimiento concursal.
